What the service is

CheckAnyCandidate is a Production Ownership Assessment platform for senior engineering hiring. It places candidates inside a controlled production incident and captures how they investigate, make decisions, supervise AI and verify recovery. It is decision support for a human hiring team, not a decision. It is not an AI-use detector, a proctoring tool, or a verdict on a person.

A human always decides

The product never auto-rejects, ranks, or scores a person, and never produces a hire or no-hire verdict. Any scorecard recommendation is a human input. You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you. You must not present the product's output as an automated decision about a person.

Acceptable use

• You confirm you have the right to submit any job description or other text you provide.
• Do not submit unlawful content, or content you are not permitted to share.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or other technical controls.
• Do not use the service to build a surveillance, proctoring, or biometric profile of a person. The product does not support this.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The plan, seat, and credit details shown on your billing page govern what your subscription includes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from that page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
